healthy change is coming

Just to change my routine since I've been spinning here at home at least thrice a week, I decided to visit the gym.

Incidentally, the contestants for Miss Bikini Philippines were present. Super thin girls abound the area. Obviously, one thinks they don't need to be on the gym to lose weight. But do you know some of the gym goers are for weight (aside from muscle gain also) gaining? 

I took a snapchat of their dance class.  

I remember how I was as thin back in the day...
I did brisk walking on the treadmill for an hour and a half.

Then I proceeded to my circuit training...

From now on, I intend to visit again once or twice a week.
