Still on a Yuletide high and savouring the last pieces of this butter cake I baked last week.
I gave away the other loaf to my son's barkada. I really feel lucky with this recipe. The finish product wasn't dense and was moist just enough. I think I hit a jackpot. Haha. My husband who is hard to please readily exclaimed "ang sarap! (delicious)" when he took a bite.
Definitely best w/ coffee or tea!
