We were invited tonight by my husband's nephew in his renamed food joint. He established this business two years ago but he had to change the name because according to her wife M, they had a problem with the issuance of their business permit this year.
We got there at 7pm. My in-laws followed suit.
I ordered Inihaw na pusit. Husband had beef caldereta and a chicken dish. Son ordered beefsteak and pork adobo.
Verdict- my son and in laws find most of the dishes salty. But I find the caldereta matabang or bland though the beef was tender. The inihaw na squid was perfectly cooked and tastes just right.
Of course, there's always a room for improvement.
