exercise to eat

I've been going to the gym twice a week now. I told my husband I need a motivation like a beach trip. Same day last year I was five to seven pounds thinner yata. Para siyang walang narinig. Haha. 

It's a far cry from my usual last year and that is four times a week. I wish to return to that kind of normalcy again.

Specially when you're eating like this post gym...

Meron pa. I'm done with my Spanish Sardines craziness. I recently discovered Lapid's chicharon as ulam(viand). Ang sarap pala!
