TNT event with Aldub

Another out of the whim lakwatsa. My husband want to see Maine in person. Nakita ko na daw si Alden sa Sunday Pinasaya, si Maine naman daw. Obviously, we're both fans of this phenomenal love team. We don't normally do this. We love watching international artists in their concerts since the nineties plus my boys' fave local basketball teams in their games, but not much of showbiz artists. Disclaimer lang. Haha.

Right after EB kalyeserye, we went straight to MOA Arena. Mind you, we don't have tickets! If we won't be able to get one, mag-ma-malling na lang daw kami. :)

Good thing traffic was light. We arrived by 4:45 pm. While my husband was looking for an available area at the parking lot, I stood in line for thirty minutes because there were only two ticket attendants available. As time goes by, the line got longer. Hindi kasi dinagdagan ang staff, alam mo naman ang mga Pinoys mahilig sa last minute. Ouch.

To make the long story short, were able to load for p1300.00 (p650 ea) which will serve as our tickets. A 13 year old girl, R, was at my back. She will watch daw by herself, for p100(located at the topmost of the arena) Although she was with her friends, hindi sila manonood. Naawa my hubby, we paid additional so that she could watch na lang beside us. Nakakatuwa siya kasi she's really a fan. Naka-Aldub t-shirt pa siya. She lives in Pasay lang(near MOA). Super thankful naman siya.

We spoke thru viber days after...

We ate at Aristocrat for a quick dinner then proceeded to the Arena.

People were excited. Malamang mga Aldub fans karamihan like us. Admittedly, we didn't go there for Robin Padilla or the TNT basketball players.

Pero we were entertained by Robin. Marunong pala siya kumanta with his band. And he's really good looking though he's already in his late forties. Matikas pa din.

DJs Nicole Hyala and Kris Tsuper added to the fun. Nakakatuwa din yung mga players who gamely played the Wheel of Fortune with some selected fans.

The final performers obviously was Aldub. A dance number were given by Maine and Alden together with the back up dancers. Fans went gaga papuntang stage just to see them closer. People were shouting and chanting their names while they danced. Everyone was so excited to see them. For a ten minute performance, we waited that long(they went out 10:30 pm) just to see these two. And, we weren't disappointed. They were indeed a joy to watch!
