It's very rare that one could experience seeing a full blown fire on a neighborhood. Today, we saw one from our dirty kitchen's. I immediately looked for my phone cam to take a snap. It's somewhere in Valenzuela along Mindanao Avenue NLEX exit.
We saw how it progressed from a thin black smoke to an almost mushroom kind. I felt scared for the people who were present in the vicinity. Siguro takot na takot din yung mga malalapit na kabahayan. I admire how the firemen keep up with their job considering the risks plus the low compensation that they get here in our country.
According to the news it's a bodega for wooden 'pallets' used for storing items. Apparently, may nagsisiga sa kapitbahay baka daw may sumama sa hangin na siga nadala doon. Except for a dog as the only casualty, nobody got hurt.
Ingat po, incidentally March is Fire Prevention month.
