San Andreas date

I thought that it was timely to watch this movie. After the deadly Nepal earthquake a month ago, we can't help but become more aware more than ever. We also experienced it here in our country, the latest was in Bohol in 2013. Although one can't predict it, preparedness is always better would be a big factor. Kahandaan at kaalaman.

My husband came from work earlier last Wednesday. My son watched the Dragon Ball Z the movie already Tuesday so he wasn't keen on watching another movie again.  So, automatically it became a couple date. I rode the FX and met up with him at Trinoma Mall, just twenty minutes from our house. Ganun na lagi ang set up namin. Nakakatamad na mag-drive nowadays. It's stress free on my part. Before entering the cinema, he bought a sandwich at Quizno's and I can't help but buy Taters butter popcorn once again. Addiction, remember?

We enjoyed the outstanding effects as expected. Entertaining. May overkill, oo. Expected na rin yun. Trademark of a Hollywood movie. One thing lang that made me realize after watching it- don't live in a condo or any high rise building. Dapat din pala yung house wala sa tabi ng buildings. Hindi ka nga mamamatay sa pagkahulog, mamamatay ka naman durog-durog. Scaaary.

It stars Dwayne Johnson as lead and tackles the before and aftermath of a major earthquake in California.
