When in Baguio, going to Camp John Hay is always a part of the itinerary for my family. It is a crime not to. It is here where we truly feel that we are in Baguio because of the numerous pine trees and lush floral vegetation that is seemingly decreasing in other parts of the city as time goes by.

It was almost sunset when we arrived here. It was raining hard for two hours earlier and we decided that once the rain stops, we will proceed here from the hotel.
We visited some boutiques that abound in the area after which we bought a cake at Vizco's. We decided to shop also at the Mile-Hi nearby. Husband and son bought shoes on sale. We bought chocolates, too. Son paid for my Maltesers. It's his Mother's day present daw. Thank you, anak.
We headed to Chocolate de Batirol for our dinner shortly. We were lucky because we were able to catch a duo who plays instrumental music during weekends only.

We sipped their signature traditional hot chocolate to extend our stay since we really enjoyed the ambience that evening. As I've said to my son, "bukas wala na ito so take pleasure!"
