Sarsa

After watching the PBA and me window shopping, we headed here for dinner for the first time. I've been trying to visit their BGC branch since last year pa, pero hindi laging natutuloy. May dahilan kaya?


Syempre Saturday dinner, puno. We agreed to wait, we were in no. 3 lang after all. She asked if we want to order na in advance. So we went through the list and placed our orders. 

But it took us 30-40 mins wait. Wala man lang upuan sa labas...

Masterchef PH judge 

Nakita din namin pumasok si Chef Jayps. My husband asked me if I want to have a pic taken with him. I said no. Because, gutom na ako baka mag-reflect sa piktyur na I'm not happy at all.  

Nahalata na ata nung waitress irita na rin si Mister. She asked us if we want to be seated here sa bar. Iinom ba kami? Ayaw...




We finally got our table. Naiingayan ako lahat ng kalansing ng plato, kutsara, tinidor dinig mo. Ok, hindi siya fine dining pala...



A waitress came and asked for our order once more. Para saan kaya yung kanina na itinanong sa amin? No worries. We ordered Batchoy, Sizzling Kansi, steamed rice and Chicken Inasal, since we knew that they are of Negros' origin, where Chef Jayps is a local.

The Batchoy soup came first. Medyo maalat pero pwede na. The Chicken Inasal came second after five-seven minutes. Wala man lang magandang presentation. 


I asked for water. My husband asked how much time we will wait for the Kansi. Ang kinalabasan, hindi pala na-order. 

I stopped taking pics na of our food because we were really annoyed of them because of all the waiting and they failed to jot down our Kansi order. After five minutes, dumating. Ganoon lang pala kadali ihanda yun. Beef na nilagay sa sizzling plate.

Mas masarap pa yung kinakainan naming hole in the wall here in Q.C. at a lesser price. We paid about p995.00 para mairita. We are willing to pay pero sana naman maganda ang experience. Hype lang talaga dahil kilala si Chef Jayps, plus showbiz personalities and mostly paid food bloggers ang nag-endorsed. 

No more second chances for this resto for our family.
